Την Πέμπτη 29/5 στις 21.00 στην Πλατεία των Προσφυγικών (Κούζη & Βεγορίτιδος) θα προβληθεί το ντοκιμαντέρ "Leila and the Wolves".

Αντλώντας από την αραβική κληρονομιά της προφορικής παράδοσης και του ψηφιδωτού μοτίβου, η Leila and the Wolves είναι μια εξερεύνηση της συλλογικής μνήμης των Αράβων γυναικών και του κρυμμένου ρόλου τους στην ιστορία κατά τη διάρκεια του περασμένου μισού αιώνα, τόσο στην Παλαιστίνη όσο και στο Λίβανο.

The description of the documentary:

Drawing on the Arab heritage of oral tradition and mosaic motif, Leila and the Wolves is an exploration of the collective memory of Arab women and their hidden role in history over the past half century, both in Palestine and Lebanon.
