The Brazilian Amazon in Athens!
Join us for a special film screening about life in the Amazon rainforest followed by a musical showcase by musician Kawá Huni Kuin.
Yupumá is a film set in the Brazilian Amazon rainforest by Verónica Castro with the collaboration of Kawá Huni Kuin and the Huni Kuin community in the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. The film screening will be followed by a Q&A with Verónica and Kawá, and a musical showcase by Kawá Huni Kuin and guests.
Time: 21h Donation basis Indigenous crafts will be available at the end of the evening.
Craft sales will go to the women who produced them in Kawá's community.
