[GR] Προβολή Ντοκιμαντέρ "Of Land And Bread"

Την Πέμπτη 11/9 στις 20:30 στην Πλατεία των Προσφυγικών (Κούζη & Βεγορίτιδος) θα προβληθεί το ντοκιμαντέρ "Of Land And Bread", σκηνοθετημένο απο τον Ehab Tarabieh το 2019. Το ντοκιμαντέρ έχει αγγλικούς υποτίτλους και διάρκεια 1 ώρα και 28 λεπτά.

Η περιγραφή του ντοκιμαντέρ: Η ταινία προσφέρει μια αδιαμεσολάβητη οπτική για τη ζωή υπό ισραηλινή κατοχή. Αποτελείται εξ ολοκλήρου από πλάνα ντοκιμαντέρ απο το αρχειακό υλικό της B'Tselem και δείχνει την καθημερινή ζωή των Παλαιστινίων που διέπεται από την ισραηλινή κρατική βία. Αυτή η βία ασκείται από ένστολους στρατιώτες και αστυνομικούς, αλλά και από Ισραηλινούς εποίκους που ενεργούν υπό την προστασία τους και με την υποστήριξη του κράτους. Είναι μια ιστορία μιας ευάλωτης ζωής, χωρίς πολιτικά δικαιώματα ή το δικαίωμα στη διαμαρτυρία, μιας ζωής που δέχεται το σχέδιο στέρησης γης και πόρων που είναι η ισραηλινή κατοχή, και όπου η μόνη άμυνα είναι η κάμερα.

[ENG] Documentary Projection "Of Land And Bread"

On Thursday 11/9 at 20:30 at the Square of Prosfygika (Kouzi & Vegoritidos) the documentary "Of Land And Bread" will be screened directed by Ehab Tarabieh in 2019. The documentary has english subtitles and the duration is an 1 hour and 28 minutes.

The description of the documentary: The film offers an unmediated view of life under Israel's occupation. It is comprised entirely of documentary footage from B'Tselem's video archive, and shows Palestinian daily life governed by Israeli state violence. This violence is carried out by uniformed soldiers and police, but also by Israeli settlers acting under their protection and with the backing of the state. It is a story of a vulnerable life, with no political rights or the right to protest, a life on the receiving end of the project of dispossession of land and resources which is the Israeli occupation, and where one's only defense is the camera.
