Προβολή-Συζήτηση για τους αγώνες στέγης σε Ισπανία και Ελλάδα

« Ζωές στο περιθώριο: Η κατοικία σε κρίση, οι γειτονιές μας στον αγώνα»
Με αφορμή, και όχι αφετηρία, τις πρόσφατες εξαγγελίες της κυβέρνησης για νέα επιθετικά μέτρα στη μάχη των πλειστηριασμών σας καλούμε σε μία ακόμα ενδιαφέρουσα προβολή/συζήτηση στο πάντοτε φιλόξενο παρκάκι Ειρήνης στου Ζωγράφου με τίτλο « Ζωές στο περιθώριο: Η κατοικία σε κρίση, οι γειτονιές μας στον αγώνα».
Θα προβληθεί η ταινία «En los márgenes (2022)» και θα ακολουθήσει συζήτηση με θέμα την μεταφορά εμπειριών και διδαγμάτων από τη δράση των κινημάτων στέγης σε Ελλάδα και Ισπανία. Στην συζήτηση θα παρέμβουν ακτιβιστές/ριες από τη Συνέλευση Στέγασης της γειτονιάς Barrio de Pilar/La Piluka (Μαδρίτη) και την Ενωτική Πρωτοβουλία κατά των Πλειστηριασμών (Αθήνα).
Λίγα λόγια για την ταινία: Στη Μαδρίτη του σήμερα, η κάμερα του Χουάν Ντιέγκο Μπότο καταγράφει την αντίστροφη μέτρηση 24 ωρών στις παράλληλες ζωές τριών ανθρώπων που παλεύουν για την επιβίωση, μέσα σε καταστάσεις σύνθετες και αλληλοδιαπλεκόλώμενες στον ιστό της επισφάλειας και του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού. Στις πρώτες ιστορίες βλέπουμε δύο περιπτώσεις επικείμενης έξωσης από τον ίδιο τραπεζικό πιστωτή, καθώς και τις άμεσες τραγικές συνέπειες στη ζωή των οικογενειών των οφειλετριών, αναδεικνύοντας τη σημασία της συλλογικής οργάνωσης, στην περίπτωση αυτή μέσω της PAH (Πλατφόρμα των Επηρεαζόμενων από την Υποθήκη), για την αντιμετώπιση της κατάστασης. Οι ζωές των δρώντων διασταυρώνονται με μια τρίτη μέσω ενός ακτιβιστή δικηγόρου που προσπαθεί να αποτρέψει την αφαίρεση της επιμέλειας της μικρότερης κόρης μιας μετανάστριας ως συνέπεια των διαρθρωτικών ελλείψεων του κράτους. Καταιγιστικός ρυθμός, έργο ανθρώπινο μέχρι το κόκκαλο. Ένας μικρός ύμνος στην αντοχή και την αντίσταση των καθημερινών ανθρώπων. Μία εύγλωττη μαρτυρία της ασυδοσίας του Κεφαλαίου και της δύναμης των κινημάτων.

Λίγα λόγια για το πλαίσιο της συζήτησης: Πριν λίγες μέρες ανακοινώθηκε πως μέσα στο καλοκαίρι η ελληνική κυβέρνηση πρόκειται να δημιουργήσει μία ειδική ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα μέσω της οποίας θα επισπευστούν οι εκδικάσεις των αιτήσεων κατά κατακυρωτικών εκθέσεων - το βασικό ένδικο όπλο για την ακύρωση ενός πλειστηριασμού μέχρι σήμερα. Την ίδια στιγμή, το κίνημα κατά των εξώσεων στην Ισπανία ξαναφουντώνει με δεκάδες σωματεία και συνδικάτα ενοικιαστών (Sindicatos de Inquilin@s) να καλούν σε διαδηλώσεις στη Μαδρίτη με αφορμή την βίαιη έξωση του 67χρονου Mariano στη γειτονιά Embajadores , αλλά και τροπολογία που πέρασε το Φλεβάρη στο Κονγκρέσο και επιτρέπει στα funds να επισπεύσουν τις εντολές χιλιάδων εξώσεων.

Το Ισπανικό Κράτος υπήρξε ένα από τα πρώτα και κύρια πεδία της βίαιης ταξικής αντιπαράθεσης που ονομάστηκε «στεγαστική κρίση». Σαν απότοκο τα κρίσης του 2008 και των μνημονιακών πολιτικών που ακολούθησαν οι κυβερνήσεις των P.I.G.S. καθ' υπόδειξη της ΕΕ, η ισπανική κοινωνία γνώρισε τις πιο μαζικές εξώσεις ανθρώπων από τα σπίτια τους, σε καθημερινή βάση και για πολλά χρόνια. Από τότε μέχρι σήμερα έχουν σημειωθεί πάνω από 400.000 εξώσεις, ενώ σε καθημερινή βάση πραγματοποιούνται 100 εξώσεις κατά μέσο όρο. Αυτό το «κοινωνικό πείραμα» του αμείλικτου πολέμου κράτους, τραπεζών και funds κατά των δανειοληπτών δεν άργησε να φτάσει και στη χώρα μας. Εδώ και πάνω από μια δεκαετία οι εικόνες μπάτσων που σέρνουν πάνω από σπασμένες πόρτες ηλικιωμένους και ανθρώπους από άλλες ευάλωτες κοινωνικές ομάδες φιγουράρουν και στις δικές μας οθόνες. Το ίδιο όμως και οι εικόνες αγώνων δυναμικών και νικηφόρων αγώνων που σπάνε τη τρομοκρατία στη πράξη. Οι εικόνες ανθρώπων που γίνονται κρίκοι αλυσίδας αδιατάρακτης για να εμποδίσουν τα κοράκια να ξεσπιτώσουν τη γειτόνισσά τους. Το είδαμε και στη δική μας γειτονιά με την υπόθεση της Αβύδου, της Παπανδρέου και άλλες. Αυτές τις εικόνες θέλουμε να ξαναδούμε και να ερμηνεύσουμε. Να συζητήσουμε για τα προβλήματα αλλά κυρίως για τις κινηματικές τους λύσεις. Σας περιμένουμε

"Lives on the Margins: Housing in Crisis, Our Neighborhoods in Struggle"
Taking as our occasion-not our starting point-the government's recent announcements of new aggressive measures in the battle over foreclosures, we invite you to yet another interesting screening and discussion at the always welcoming Peace Park in Zografou, titled "Lives on the Margins: Housing in Crisis, Our Neighborhoods in Struggle."
The film "En los márgenes (2022)" will be screened, followed by a discussion on sharing experiences and lessons learned from the housing movements in Greece and Spain. Activists from the Housing Assembly of the Barrio de Pilar/La Piluka neighborhood (Madrid) and the United Initiative Against Foreclosures (Athens) will participate in the discussion.
A A few words about the film: In contemporary Madrid, Juan Diego Botto's camera captures a 24-hour countdown in the lives of three people struggling to get by amid three situations intertwined by precariousness and social exclusion. Two of the stories depict two cases of imminent eviction by the same bank creditor, as well as the consequences this has on their families' lives, highlighting the importance of collective organization-in this case through the PAH (Platform for People Affected by Mortgages)-when confronting the situation. These lives intersect with a third through an activist who tries to prevent the removal of a migrant woman's youngest daughter from her custody as a result of the state's structural failures. A breakneck pace, a deeply human work, a small ode to the resistance of ordinary people in the face of the aggression to which big capital subjects us. An eloquent testimony to the dehumanization of Capital and the power of social movements.

A few words about the context of the discussion: A few days ago, it was announced that this summer the Greek government plans to create a special online platform to expedite the adjudication of appeals against auction reports-the primary legal recourse for canceling a foreclosure auction to date. At the same time, the anti-eviction movement in Spain is reigniting, with dozens of tenant associations and unions (Sindicatos de Inquilin@s) calling for demonstrations in Madrid in response to the violent eviction of 67-year-old Mariano in the Embajadores neighborhood, as well as an amendment passed in February by Congress that allows investment funds to expedite the execution of thousands of eviction orders.
The Spanish State was one of the first and main battlegrounds of the violent class conflict known as the "housing crisis." As a result of the 2008 crisis and the austerity policies implemented by the P.I.G.S. governments at the EU's behest, Spanish society experienced the most massive evictions of people from their homes, on a daily basis and for many years. Since then, there have been over 400,000 evictions, with an average of 100 evictions taking place every day. This "social experiment"-the relentless war waged by the state, banks, and funds against borrowers-did not take long to reach our country as well. For over a decade now, images of cops dragging elderly people and members of other vulnerable social groups over broken doors have been appearing on our screens as well. But so too have the images of dynamic and victorious struggles that break terrorism in practice. The images of people forming unbroken links in a chain to prevent the vultures from evicting their neighbor. We saw this in our own neighborhood with the cases of Avydos, Papandreou, and others. These are the images we want to see again and interpret. To discuss the problems, but above all their movement-based solutions. We look forward to seeing you.

«Vidas al margen: la vivienda en crisis, nuestros barrios en lucha»
Tomando como ocasión -no como punto de partida- los recientes anuncios del Gobierno sobre nuevas medidas agresivas en la batalla contra las ejecuciones hipotecarias, os invitamos a otra interesante proyección y debate en el siempre acogedor Parque de la Paz de Zografou, titulado «Vidas en los márgenes: la vivienda en crisis, nuestros barrios en lucha».
Se proyectará la película «En los márgenes (2022)», seguida de un debate para compartir experiencias y lecciones aprendidas de los movimientos por la vivienda en Grecia y España. En el debate participarán activistas de la Asamblea por la Vivienda del barrio de Pilar/La Piluka (Madrid) y de la Iniciativa Unida contra las Ejecuciones Hipotecarias (Atenas).
Unas palabras sobre la película: En el Madrid reciente, la cámara de Juan Diego Botto captura la cuenta atrás de 24 horas en las vidas de tres personas que luchan por salir adelante bajo 3 situacianes que se ven entrelazadas por la precariedad y la exclusión social. 2 de las historias muestran 2 situaciones de deshaucio inminente frente a un mismo acreedor bancario, así como las consecuencias que tiene en la vida de sus familias, dejando de manifiesto la importancia de la organización colectiva, en este caso a través de la PAH (Plataforma de Afectados por la Hipoteca) a la hora de enfrentar la situación. Estas vidas se entrecruzan con una tercera a través de un activista que trata de evitar la quita de custodia de la hija menor de una migrante como consecuencia de las carencias estructurales del Estado. Un ritmo vertiginoso, una obra profundamente humana, una pequeña oda a la resistencia de la gente corriente frente a la agresividad a la que nos someten los grandes capitales. Un elocuente testimonio de la deshumanización del Capital y del poder de los movimientos sociales.

Estado Español fue uno de los primeros y principales escenarios del violento conflicto de clases conocido como la «crisis inmobiliaria». Como consecuencia de la crisis de 2008 y de las políticas de austeridad aplicadas por los gobiernos de los P.I.G.S. a instancias de la UE, la sociedad española sufrió los desalojos más masivos de personas de sus hogares, a diario y durante muchos años. Desde entonces, se han producido más de 400 000 desahucios, con una media de 100 desahucios al día. Este «experimento social» -la guerra implacable librada por el Estado, los bancos y los fondos contra los deudores- no tardó en llegar también a nuestro país. Desde hace ya más de una década, las imágenes de policías arrastrando a personas mayores y a miembros de otros grupos sociales vulnerables por encima de puertas rotas también han ido apareciendo en nuestras pantallas. Pero también lo han hecho las imágenes de luchas dinámicas y victoriosas que rompen el terrorismo en la práctica. Las imágenes de personas formando eslabones inquebrantables en una cadena para impedir que los buitres desalojen a su vecino. Lo vimos en nuestro propio barrio con los casos de Avydos, Papandreou y otros. Estas son las imágenes que volveremos a ver e interpretar, para debatir los problemas pero sobre todo las soluciones basadas en la organización social. Esperamos veros allí.
