Συλλογική κουζίνα οικονομικής ενίσχυσης πολιτικών προσφύγων από το Κουρδιστάν

Οι σύντροφοί μας Ντ. & Σ., Κούρδοι αγωνιστές, πολιτικά διωκόμενοι από το τουρκικό κράτος έλαβαν απορριπτικές αποφάσεις Β' βαθμού για τις αιτήσεις ασύλου τους. Η επιτροπή της υπηρεσίας ασύλου, με πρωτοφανή τρόπο, ενώ αναγνωρίζει πως ο κουρδικός λαός καταπιέζεται και διώκεται από το τουρκικό κράτος και οι αγώνες για πολιτικά δικαιώματα βρίσκονται υπό συνεχή διωγμό, δεν αναγνωρίζει πως οι Ντ. & Σ. οι οποίοι για πολλά χρόνια ήταν αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι των αγώνων των λαών της Τουρκίας για ελευθερία και ως εκ τούτου δέχτηκαν μακροχρόνιες διώξεις από το τουρκικό κράτος, έχουν τεκμηριώσει επαρκώς το δικαίωμα στο πολιτικό άσυλο.

Η πρωτοφανής αυτή απόφαση έχει πολλαπλές επιπτώσεις καθώς οι σύντροφοί μας εκδιώχτηκαν από το καμπ Οινοφύτων στο οποίο βρίσκονταν και στο οποίο έχουν πρωτοστατήσει μαζί με όλους τους άλλους πρόσφυγες στους διαδοχικούς αγώνες εκεί που οδήγησαν στο να λάβουν άσυλο δεκάδες άτομα. Την ίδια στιγμή, η σ. Ντ. η οποία αντιμετωπίζει εξαιρετικά κρίσιμη για τη ζωή της ασθένεια δεν έχει πλέον πρόσβαση στο σύστημα υγείας και ο κίνδυνος της απέλασης θα οδηγήσει στην ενεργοποίηση του κατασταλτικού φασιστικού μηχανισμού του τουρκικού κράτους.

Σε αυτή τη φάση, είμαστε στη διαδικασία προσφυγών και αναστολής της απόφασης απέλασης για την οποία έχουμε προθεσμία ως και τις 17 Ιούλη. Για τον λόγο αυτό κάνουμε καμπάνια οικονομικής ενίσχυσης για τα δικαστικά έξοδα των συντρόφων μας, τα οποία θα είναι κοντά στις 2,000 ευρώ και ζητάμε την στήριξη όλων των συντροφικών δυνάμεων και εγχειρημάτων του ανταγωνιστικού κινήματος όσο πιο άμεσα γίνεται. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, στις 12 Ιούλη Κυριακή 15:00 στο Alma (Καλλιδρομίου 79) οργανώνουμε συλλογική κουζίνα οικονομικής ενίσχυσης για περαιτέρω στήριξη.

Με τους συντρόφους μας έχουμε δώσει πολλούς αγώνες και τους στηρίζουμε ολόψυχα και ολόπλευρα. Σε αυτό τον αγώνα θα σταθούμε μαζί τους.

Call for Support of the Asylum Appeal of two comrades & political refugees

Our comrades D. and S., Kurdish activists and political refugees persecuted by the Turkish state, have received negative second-instance decisions on their asylum applications.

In an unprecedented decision, the Asylum Service Appeals Committee acknowledges that the Kurdish people are subjected to oppression and persecution by the Turkish state, and that struggles for political rights are under constant repression. Yet it refuses to recognize that D. and S.-who for many years were an integral part of the struggles of the peoples of Turkey for freedom, and who, as a result, faced long-term persecution by the Turkish state have sufficiently substantiated their claim to political asylum.

This unprecedented decision has multiple consequences. Our comrades have been expelled from the Oinofyta refugee camp, where they had been living and where, together with the other refugees, they played a leading role in the successive collective struggles that resulted in dozens of people being granted asylum.

At the same time, our comrade D., who is facing a life-threatening illness, no longer has access to the public healthcare system, while the threat of deportation would expose both comrades to the repressive machinery of the Turkish state's persecution.

At this stage, we are in the process of filing an appeal and requesting the suspension of the deportation order, with a deadline of 17 July. For this reason, we are launching a fundraising campaign to cover the legal expenses of our comrades, which are expected to amount to approximately €2,000. We call on all comrades, collectives, and initiatives within the broader movement to support this effort as urgently as possible.

As part of this campaign, on Sunday, 12 July, at 15:00, we are organizing a solidarity community kitchen at Alma (79 Kallidromiou Street) to raise additional funds.

We have stood alongside our comrades in many struggles, and we support them wholeheartedly and in every possible way. We will remain by their side in this struggle.
